SPOKANE, WASHINGTON—Most Rev. Thomas A. Daly, Bishop of Spokane, appoints Rev. Lucas E. Tomson as the rector of Bishop White Seminary in Spokane, effective July 1, 2025. The current rector, Very Rev.
