Inland Catholic to relaunch print magazine, expand internet news

The Catholic Diocese of Spokane is pleased to announce the return of Inland Catholic as the prominent source for Catholic News and Stories in Eastern Washington. The integrity of the Inland Catholic brand will represent various avenues of news media, including but not limited to: a periodical print magazine, an online news-media website, newsletters and social media.

After a nine-month hiatus, the print edition of Inland Catholic will return at the beginning of the new liturgical year, Advent 2022. The magazine will have a strong emphasis on local story-telling and personal testimony. The magazine will be released each season: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.

The media ecosystem of Inland Catholic will also expand its internet presence through more frequent use of its website and social media platforms. InlandCatholic.com will have a strong emphasis on journalistic reporting and news media. The Inland Catholic website will serve as the central hub for news within the diocese.

The Catholic Diocese of Spokane spans 82 parishes within 24,356 square miles. Inland Catholic recognizes the great diversity of culture, Catholic traditions and vocation within the diocese. The Editor seeks to collaborate with local Catholic writers, photographers, and other artists from across Eastern Washington to more thoroughly tell the diocese's story.
